The Booking Process
We understand that for many people the idea of booking a recording artist for a show is intimidating. We are here to help make this process fun and easy for you. Whether this is your first time booking an event, or your 116th time, we look forward to making this a positive experience, so that you and your attendees are completely satisfied. Here is how the process will work:
1) Select An Artist
The First Step
The first step of the booking process is to choose who you would like to come to your event, and what you would like them to do. Please keep in mind that this does not guarantee that they will be able to come, but the further out that you plan, the more options you will have available.
Perhaps we have an artist that you are unfamiliar with. You can also click on the "Artists" tab at the top of the page and view each of the artists bio's, music, photos, etc.
Once you have decided what artist you want, continue to Step #2.
2) Gather Details
Getting The Logistics Organized
While you are in the process of organizing your event, there are a few bits of information that we will need on our end to ensure a speedy process from our team. Below, you will see a list of the questions that we will need to know before a contract is issued. Once you have this information ready, it is time to submit a formal offer to us.
3) Submit Your Info To Us
We Look Forward To Hearing From You
Now that you have your information together, and the details worked out, it is time to contact us (using the "booking" tab). Once you fill out all of the information and complete the form, you will receive a message letting you know that your form was submitted.
4) Wait For reply
We Will Respond Shortly
Once you have submitted this form, a member of the Reach Booking team will contact you within 3 business days. From there, they will look at the availability, and discuss with you whether or not your request can be approved. If if can be approved, they will issue you a contract to secure the date, and from there, you will work with the artists road manager to start planning the travel, etc....
